For international orders, our shipping partner is FEDEX.
We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard.
When your credit card is authorised, funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed and we will send you a confirmation email that we have received your order. In the meantime we will prepare your order. Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you a confirmation via email that your order is ready to be shipped. When your order is shipped, your payment will be processed and we will send you a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking details. Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.
All orders are inclusive of local duties and tax.
We have a no-return/exchange policy for preorders.
Please allow 30-60 days for preorder orders. International shipping will take another 5-10 working days.
Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number by email. Once in receipt of this tracking number you can check the current status of your order.
